Ordering appraisals online with us eliminates faxing also when we get the order you will get an email stating we accept or in a few cases decline the order and if declined the reasons for our declining.  When accepted, the order is automatically placed into our appraisal sofware system and as we update the status it is reflected back to your account as to where we are as far as progress.  When we have completed the assignment it is uploaded to your account, you recieve an email informing you that it is ready and it will remain in your account for 90 days or longer, so you can get a copy whenever you need it.

A

• Login from our web site by clicking the Client Login button at the top of any page.  There if you have not already done so you will create a "profile" and select your own username and password.
• If you do NOT logout you may skip step A the next time you place and order.

B

• Once you are logged in, click on Order an Appraisal button, also at the top of any page, and complete the request form.  Your company and key information will be pre-filled for you.
• Once you have completed the online order form click Next.  That's all there is to it.
• An order confirmation screen will give you specific status information and also a link to check on the status.

C

• To view a list of all your orders With their status, simply return to Client login/Order status screen!
• Click any order in the list to get a detailed view of the order and status.
• You will be notified by email anytime there is an appraisal report ready to be downloaded.  The email will contain a link and the instructions necessary for you to download the report.
• We will also be sent an email confirming that you have downloaded the report.
